SummaryResumen

The Daily Alaska Empire reported that a Venezuelan Embassy White Paper accused Dominican dictator Rafael Trujillo of sponsoring an armed conspiracy against Venezuela. The document included an intercepted letter instructing Dominican diplomats worldwide to provide asylum and hospitality to Venezuelan political exiles hostile to Caracas. Venezuelan officials asserted they had concrete evidence that Trujillo was purchasing arms in Brazil to mount an expedition against their government.
