SummaryResumen

Havana newspapers reported widespread curiosity regarding how the Haytien Government would fulfill a treaty recently concluded with the Dominican Republic requiring the expulsion of Dominican political refugees from Hayti. It was expected that Haytien President Gen. Solomon would enforce the treaty due to his friendship with newly installed Dominican President Father Padre Merino.
