SummaryResumen
The Evening Star reported on U.S. wartime cooperation and mutual aid programs established across Latin America. Cooperative health programs to control malaria were launched in eighteen nations, including the Dominican Republic and Haiti, to sustain the production of vital war materials. The article emphasized that these initiatives, along with agricultural and technical assistance, were mutually beneficial cooperative efforts rather than unilateral handouts.
