SummaryResumen

The Evening Star detailed the financial provisions of the proposed Dominican treaty, outlining how customs revenues would cover receivership expenses, interest, bond amortization, and payments to the Dominican government. Collection costs were capped at five percent, with $100,000 monthly allocated to the loan's fiscal agent and annual collections over $3,000,000 applied to the sinking fund. The terms also prohibited the Dominican Republic from increasing its public debt or modifying import duties without the consent of the U.S. President.
